A few years ago, Nickelodeon commissioned me to do visual development for the Kids’ Choice Awards “Punk Royalty” theme.

My Exploratory served to inspire the Brand & Events Design team for multi-platform campaigns, out-of-home, event design, premiums, etc. Here are examples of the design team’s vision. (Nickelodeon Credit: Jennifer Cast, VP Brand Design and Cecilia Bursell, Design Director)
Javier Aguilera directed a commercial for Entertainment Tonight, which celebrates the hosts toasting Academy Awards Season on Global TV.
Global Creative Agency commissioned me to create Mood for tone and fashion direction. I worked with Stylist, Jessica Albano to create looks for the ET Hosts and a crowd of party-goers.
I directed The Bachelor Image campaign for W Network.
W network asked that we show the Bachelor “getting ready to step out for the night” and to feature pops of red on a neutral, graphic background.
Here are my Mood Boards that I made to inspire Stylist, Joelle Litt and Production Designer, Suzanne Campos:
Inspired by a shopping trip to Seoul, my friends Lydia Choy, Jennifer Cast and I created a brand identity for our creation: Pageant.
Inspired by the pop and sparkle we saw in Korea…
Highlights of our work by Art Director, Jennifer Cast:
Mark Twain wrote ‘Mauritius was made first and then heaven; and heaven was copied after Mauritius.’
Bois Cheri is the beloved local tea from Mauritius, an idyllic island in the Indian Ocean. The New York Times, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Conde Nast Traveller have all recommended visiting this famous Tea Plantation.
Bois Cheri’s creative brief called for a brand identity re-design in order to promote Bois Cheri as a premium tea in North America.
Mauritius visit + research phase:
A sample of Mood Boards I created to inspire premium + luxury vibe:
The Dodo bird was endemic to Mauritius. It is an icon in Mauritian culture, featured on money and postage stamps. Our new design direction experimented with celebrating this now-extinct tropical creature.

Years ago, I was part of the in-house Brand team that created the Nickelodeon Orange Book. This Brand Identity bible served as the Nickelodeon’s Global Style Guide.
I cast, styled and produced the Brand Photo Shoot featuring 30 kids:
The Nick Orange Book inspired Event design, such as Toy Fair, Licensing Show and Upfront. It also served as brand guidelines for Marketing Campaigns, On-Air, Consumer Products, etc.
A highlight was doing an exploratory where we splattered paint on paper and gave these splats names:
It was so fun to play with splats in tactile ways (this is me with clay on photocopier).
We later brainstormed ways to bring the Nick splat logo to life.
Here’s my experiment with ripped paper…
…which inspired our Animation Director to create this paper splat:
I love Canada Geese and wanted to see Nick splats in flight, so I sketched it out…
Here is the spot animated by Ben Yonda.
Here are more Nick splats that I concepted and stop-motion animated:
I directed an Image Campaign for YTV.
The Brief asked to feature YTV live-action stars in the same environment as the network’s beloved animated characters. YTV wanted a white, graphic space that could showcase various animation styles seamlessly interacting with live-action.
I made these Mood Boards and Fashion Direction Boards to inspire Production Designer, Mike Conte and Stylist, Corey Ng.
Look is Pop-a-licious, minimal, mylar shine and Jeff Koons.
Fashion is relatable, but kid aspirational…shades of denim and neutrals with touches of colour + quirk.
